More about Jacob
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination”
About Jacob:
Jacob is a grief, depression, and life transitions therapist that helps teens, adults, and couples overcome obstacles in order to find meaning and happiness in their lives, and is a LGBTQ+ Ally.
Jacob has experience working with individuals of all ages and with varying needs. He has successfully helped couples, families, and groups navigate barriers to living well. Because no two people are exactly alike, Jacob believes in meeting individuals where they are and uses a psychodynamic approach to therapy, pulling from evidence-based modalities with the goal of finding the best fit for the individual, or couple. No matter what approach works best for you, Jacob always adheres to a person centered approach.
